When to Enroll

We usually encourage families to enroll their children in early spring for the upcoming school year, but we're excited to welcome new students at any time throughout the year!

How to Apply

  1. If you're new to our community, or looking for a different option for your child, consider scheduling a time to meet with our Admissions Staff, call (920)452-5071 or email infoschool@ourbethlehem.com. It's a great opportunity to meet and ask any questions you may have. We look forward to meeting you!
  2. Complete and submit the application form click here.
  3. Provide age verification in the form of an original birth certificate. Your original will be returned to you.
  4. Submit copies of the most recent standardized test results and most recent grade report or evaluation.
  5. Pay the enrollment fee, or let us know if you need assistance and we'll help!
  6. If families wish to apply for the Wisconsin Parental Choice Program voucher, visit sms.dpi.wi.gov/ChoiceParent/ and apply from February 1 to April 17, 2025.  Families need to submit a registration application to Bethlehem for school registration as well.
